Stovetop Grilled Pork Tenderloin – Gluten Free – Paleo

Stovetop Grilled Pork Tenderloin

 


You can put this Stovetop Grilled Pork Tenderloin dinner together on a barbecue grill outside in the backyard or even in a big skillet on  the stove. We like our stovetop grills where we can do the grilling without the heat and humidity of the summer or the chill of the winter. Or, if rain spoils your plans for the outdoor grill here is your “plan B”. Tonights Pork Tenderloin turned out great. Our veggie was some thick slices of eggplant also done on the grill. 

Here is what you will need for your Stovetop Grilled Pork Tenderloin

The number of servings can be changed in the recipe card found below this post. Changing the amount of servings on the recipe card will automatically change the amounts of the ingredients.

  • 1 small pork tenderloin
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 small eggplant

And here’s how to make your  stovetop grilled Pork Tenderloin

And here is how to easily cook up your Stovetop Grilled Pork Tenderloin dinner

Put the stovetop grill on the stove. Set the burners under the grill at medium high. Generously spray or wipe the grill with some olive oil. While the grill is heating up cut the tenderloin into about 3/4 ” slices.

Rub them with the salt, pepper and garlic powder and lay them out on the grill. About 3 – 4 minutes a side. While the pork is getting a head start peel then slice up the eggplant also into about 3/4″ slices. Let the tenderloin get about a 2 minute head start then lay the eggplant out on the grill. (or skillets)

We did some sweet potato french fries in the air frier while the grill was doing its job. BTW you could grill some 1/2″ potato slices on the grill if you wanted to have the whole meal done on the grill. Like we did in this One pan Grilled Chicken Meal.

If your eggplant slices are done before the pork tenderloin just put them on a plate and snuggle them up to the grill to stay warm while the pork tenderloin gets done. Don’y worry, if you waited a little while to put the eggplant on until the pork had cooked a little it will all work out. AND, it all takes just about 8 – 10 minutes cooking time. Max.
