How to easily get your Lemon Garlic Shrimp done and on the table
Put a skillet on at medium high and drizzle in enough olive oil to cover the bottom. Put a pot of salted water on for the pasta and add the pasta to it.
Chop up the garlic and add it to the skillet. Plus a little bit of red pepper flakes if you want to add a little spiciness.
Check on the pasta and when it has softened up a little swirl it around to get it all in the water. Chop up the parsley. Add the shrimp, parsley and the lemon juice to the skillet. I always add the lemon rinds to the skillet whenever I squeeze some lemon juice. Just to get some more flavor. Lay the shrimp out flat.
Give the shrimp about 2 – 3 minutes. When they get pink and opaque on the side that is down in the skillet turn them over.
Looks good! Put the pasta in the serving dishes and top it with the Lemon Shrimp and the juices from the skillet.
Serve up and enjoy your Lemon Shrimp with Pasta, Garlic and Parsley!
