3tbspfresh parsleycoarsly chopped or 1 and 1/2 tbsp dried

Instructions
Put a skillet on at medium high and drizzle in just enough olive oil to cover the bottom. Put a pot of salted water on for the pasta and add the pasta to it.
Chop up the garlic and add it to the skillet. Plus a little bit of red pepper flakes if you want to add a little spiciness. Chop up the parsley - if you are using fresh. If you are using dried just have it standing by. Add the shrimp, parsley and the lemon juice to the skillet. I always add the lemon rinds to the skillet whenever I squeeze in some lemon juice. Lay the shrimp out flat.
Give the shrimp about 2 - 3 minutes. When they get pink and opaque on the side that is down in the skillet turn them over and cook up the other side. Put the pasta in the serving dishes and top it with lemon Shrimp and the juices from the skillet.
