Easy Flounder Recipe
A quick and healthy Easy Flounder Recipe. Perfect for you on a busy weeknight.
Today’s Tip
Recipes are only a guideline. Feel free to substitute items that cater to your personal preferences or what you might have on hand.
If your flounder fillets are frozen just put them in a bowl of water and they will thaw out as you get together whatever veggies and carbs you are going to have. Tonight I did some french fries in the air fryer and threw together some Mushrooms in red wine.
What you will need
- 2 flounder filets or 4 if they are small
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. Lemon Pepper
Now the Easy Flounder Recipe
Put a skillet on at medium high and add a tablespoon of butter. Lay the filets on paper towels and pat them dry. With the side that does not have a gray stripe facing up sprinkle it with lemon pepper. (or a little bit of lemon juice then some black pepper)
Lay them in the skillet with the peppered side down and then season the side that is facing up. Just about one to two minutes a side depending on the thickness of your filets.
Then your Easy Flounder Recipe has given you a restaurant quality dinner on a busy weeknight.
