Easy Flounder Recipe

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 flounder filets or four if they are small
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put a skillet on at medium high and add a tablespoon of butter. Lay the filets on paper towels and pat them dry. With the side that does not have a gray stripe facing up sprinkle it with lemon pepper. (or a little bit of lemon juice then some black pepper) 
  • Lay them in the skillet with the peppered side down and then season the side that is facing up. Just about one to two minutes a side depending on the thickness of your filets.
