Shrimp and Pasta Dinner

This Shrimp and Pasta Dinner comes together real quick and easy. And will be on the table in twenty minutes. And it is REAL GOOD.
Here’s what you will need
These amounts are for 2 servings
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/3 pound of pasta – regular or gluten free
- olive oil
- 4 large cloves of garlic peeled and chopped
- 10 – 12 shrimp – Large peeled and deveined
- 2 large handfuls of fresh spinach
And here is how to quickly and easily throw together your Shrimp and Pasta Dinner
Put a pot of salted water on to boil. When the water starts to simmer add the pasta. And put a large skillet on at medium heat. Add enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the skillet. Then add the garlic and the shrimp. When the shrimp gets pink on the skillet side of them turn them over. When they are pink on both sides and opaque white in the middle the pasta should be just a little shy of being done.
Add the pasta and eyeball about a tablespoon of the water to the skillet and stir it around with the shrimp and the garlic.
Now add the spinach to the skillet.
Mix it all together. Don’t let the spinach get soggy. When it has just softened a little …
