SHRIMP AND PASTA DINNER

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 to 1/3 lb. pasta of your choice we find that penne pasta works best for this recipe but any pasta will work
  • olive oil
  • 4 large cloves garlic peeled and chopped
  • 10 - 12 large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 large handfuls fresh spinach

Instructions
 

  • Put a pot of salted water on to boil. When the water starts to simmer add the pasta. And put a large skillet on at medium heat. Add enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the skillet. Then add the garlic and the shrimp. When the shrimp gets pink on the skillet side of them turn them over. When they are pink on both sides and opaque white in the middle the pasta should be just a little shy of being done. 
  • Add the pasta and eyeball about a tablespoon of the water to the skillet and stir it around with the shrimp and the garlic. 
    Now add the spinach to the skillet.

  • Serve up your Shrimp and Pasta Dinner. Top it off with some Parmesan Cheese and don't forget some of Poppop's No Knead Bread.
