Shrimp in Tomato Sauce

Shrimp in Tomato Sauce

We had this Shrimp in Tomato Sauce the other night and it was very quick and easy to put together and it was very good. For the tomato sauce I just used the Marinara sauce that we always have on hand. Or you could get some off the shelf in your grocery store or you could just chop up some fresh tomatoes. Don’t worry about it. They all work.

There was some fresh asparagus in the fridge, so that was our veggie. I sautéed them in a skillet with some garlic and lemon juice. And some french fries in the air fryer. It all came together very easily and made for a very nice weeknight dinner.
