Honey Lemon Chicken Tenders – gluten free – paleo – 25 minutes

Honey Lemon Chicken Tenders

I timed myself and this whole Honey Lemon Chicken Tenders meal was ready in twenty five minutes. Start to finish. And that included thawing out the frozen chicken tenders in the microwave, sautéing the lemon garlic asparagus in their own skillet and roasting the parmesan crusted potato wedges in the air fryer. A great way to put together a nice meal on a weeknight that is very tasty besides being quick and easy. Here is direct link to the lemon garlic asparagus recipe.

When the butter has stopped foaming lay the chicken out in the skillet and put the potato wedges into the air fryer. About 3-4 minutes a side  for the chicken depending on how thick they are. When you turn the chicken over make a little room for the garlic and let it cook as the chicken finishes up.
