1tbsp.lemon juice
2tbsp.grated parmesan cheese
2clovesgarlic - chopped
For the parmesan crusted potatoes
1large russet potato
olive oil
salt and pepperto taste
3tbsp.grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Put a skillet on the stove at medium high and eyeball just enough olive oil to coat the bottom. Then the butter.
Put the chicken in a bowl and add the lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper and grated cheese. Toss it all together getting the chicken coated with everything.
When the butter has stopped foaming lay the chicken out in the skillet and put the potato wedges into the air fryer. About 3-4 minutes a side for the chicken depending on how thick they are. When you turn the chicken over make a little room for the garlic and let it cook as the chicken finishes up.
It took our air fryer eight minutes at 400° for the potatoes to get done. Everything was all done at the same time and we sat down and enjoyed our Honey Lemon Chicken Tenders dinner.
