Honey Lemon Chicken Tenders

A simple and very tasty chicken dinner.

Ingredients
 
 

  • olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 4-6 chicken tenders depending on the size or 2 boneless skinless breasts or thighs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic - chopped

For the parmesan crusted potatoes

  • 1 large russet potato
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Put a skillet on the stove at medium high and eyeball just enough olive oil to coat the bottom. Then the butter.
  • Put the chicken in a bowl and add the lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper and grated cheese. Toss it all together getting the chicken coated with everything.
  • When the butter has stopped foaming lay the chicken out in the skillet and put the potato wedges into the air fryer. About 3-4 minutes a side  for the chicken depending on how thick they are. When you turn the chicken over make a little room for the garlic and let it cook as the chicken finishes up.
  •  It took our air fryer eight minutes at 400° for the potatoes to get done. Everything was all done at the same time and we sat down and enjoyed our Honey Lemon Chicken Tenders dinner.
