Here’s what you wil need for your Oven Baked Pork Chops

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes – optional
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 medium potatoes

And here’s how to do it
Set the oven at 400°F/200°C. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray or coat it with olive oil. Lay the pork chops in the pan. Lightly drizzle olive oil on both sides of the chops then salt, pepper, red pepper flakes (optional), garlic powder, dried basil and lots of grated parmesan cheese on both sides. Press it all onto the meat with a wide knife or spatula.

Lightly salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then a heavy dose of grated parmesan. Stir them up a little to get them more evenly coated. Then sprinkle the rest of the grated parmesan all over everything.
Into the oven and when the pork chops reach 155°/68°C on an instant read meat thermometer they are done and so are the veggies. (15-20 minutes)
