Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp
Fifteen minutes and just 4 ingredients. And it’s delish and it’s super quick and easy. You gotta to cook up this Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp.

- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lemon
- 12 large shrimp
- 4-6 cloves garlic
How to very easily cook up your Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp
If your shrimp are frozen put them in a bowl of water to thaw while you put a large skillet on the stove at medium high. Add the butter and lemon juice to the skillet. Chop up the garlic. If it’s necessary go ahead and peel and devein the shrimp. Lay them out in the skillet. Add the chopped garlic.
Cook ’em just about a minute and a half to two minutes each side until they are pink on the outside and white in the middle. Serve them up and top them with the juices from the skillet.
We had Gnocchi topped with butter and parmesan with ours. And a chilled bottle of Pinot Grigio, of course.

- 1 lemon 1/2 in the skillet juiced with the shrimp and 1/2 for serving
- 12 large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 4-6 cloves garlic chopped
