Sautéed Salmon Filets with a Lemon Rosemary Sauce

A quick, easy and very good Salmon recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 Salmon filets
- salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- 1 Fresh Lemon sliced
- 1 rounded tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary (or 1/2 tbsp. dried)
- 1 rounded tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (or 1/2 tbsp. dried)
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
Instructions
- Put a skillet on at medium high with 1 tbsp. olive oil.
- Lightly salt, pepper and garlic powder the side of the salmon filets and sear in the skillet about 1 minute each side. Just enough to brown the surface. They will finish cooking later in the sauce.

- Remove the filets to a dish that will catch the drippings.
- Chop up the rosemary and parsley. Slice the lemons.

- Add the butter, parsley, rosemary, lemon slices to the pan and stir with a wooden spoon. Lightly scrape the bottom of the pan getting the bits off the bottom of the pan.

- Add the wine and bring to a simmer.

- Reduce the heat to medium and put the salmon and the drippings in the pan. Carefully turn the filets over couple of times as the wine reduces. When the sauce has reduced to the thickness that YOU want, serve it up! with some Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio (Gammy’s favorite) or maybe a nice Chardonnay. Whatever you like. Bon Appetit
