This Quick Easy Chicken Thighs recipe is just right for a weeknight meal when you are tired. And you don’t want to just zap a leftover or a box meal. It doesn’t have to be chicken thighs. If you keep frozen tenders or breasts in the freezer you could just thaw them out in the microwave instead.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon powdered garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

 

How to easily put together your Quick Easy Chicken Thighs

First turn on the broiler. Now put all of the ingredients except the chicken in a bowl and mix them all together.  And your creative skills are going to kick in here because after the salt and pepper you can go with any kind of spices and herbs you want. From allspice to wasabi. Now you don’t have to stick to the ingredients listed in this recipe. You probably have whatever it takes to make it real good.

Now add the chicken and toss it all together getting the chicken coated.

Spray oil on to the right sized cookie sheet or baking pan. You can line it with aluminum foil and make the cleanup easier. Spread the chicken pieces out in the pan and and broil for 5-7 minutes depending on your oven and the thickness of the chicken. Now turn them over and cook the other side. When the thickest part of one of the thighs reads 165°F on a meat thermometer or the juices running out of them are clear
