Air Fryer Zucchini Chips
My first stab at making Air Fryer Zucchini Chips. We’ve had our air fryer for a few months and have only done french fries and bread in it until now. These Zucchini chips were so easy that I was able to get them done while I was putting our Italian Shrimp together. And they were real tasty. We ate them all. No leftovers
“I’m sorry for what I said when I was hungry.”
Here is all that you will need
The number of servings can be changed in the recipe card found below this post. Changing the amount of servings on the recipe card will automatically change the amounts of the ingredients.

- 1/2 tsp.Salt
- 1/2 tsp. black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- Grated Parmesan Cheese (or any other grated cheese that you like)
And here is how to make your Air Fryer Zucchini Chips
Lightly spray the tray in your air fryer with olive oil
Slice the zucchini into appx. 1/8 inch slices. Lay them out on a paper towel and lightly spray them with olive oil. Lightly sprinkle them with salt, pepper, dried parsley and garlic powder. Then generously cover with the grated parmesan.
Lay them out in the air fryer.
It took our air fryer 8 minutes at 400°. And they were really good.
We had them along with our Italian Shrimp.
It was a very quick easy and delish weeknight dinner.
