Put your salmon filets in a bowl with the skin side down. If your filets have been skinned it will be the flatter side with the gray stripe. Squeeze the lemon juice on the salmon and sprinkle with some grated parmesan cheese.

Put a skillet the stove at medium high and eyeball enough olive oil to cover the bottom. Let it heat up and lay the salmon filets in the skillet with the cheesy side down.

Give them about 2 -3 minutes depending on how thick they are and how well done you like your salmon. Turn them over and finish up the other side.

When they are cooked like you like them remove them to a plate that will catch the drippings and add the garlic, honey and parsley to the skillet.

Mix it all together and cook until the garlic starts to show a little brown around the edges. About 1 minute. Put the salmon and the drippings back in the skillet with the cheesy side down.

Let them warm back up for about 30 seconds and turn them over.

Spoon the garlic honey mixture on the filets a few times as the skin side gets warmed back up. Then serve up your Garlic Honey Salmon filets.

We had some tortellini with Alfredo sauce with ours. It was a real easy multi task even for me. And, some of my homemade bread that was sliced up and waiting in the freezer to be warmed back up in the toaster oven. Another real easy multi task.
