2pinchesdried parsleyfor garnish
Instructions
Put a large skillet on the stove at medium high. Put in the butter and squeeze in the lemon juice. Pat the fillets dry with paper towels. When the butter has calmed down lay the fillets out in the skillet with the gray side up.
Just about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes a side depending on the thickness. Garnish with a little dried parsley and enjoy your Lemon Butter Fillets of Sole.
