1/2stickbutter
6clovesgarlicchopped
1/4 cupbrown sugar
1large boneless skinless chicken breastsliced in half horizontally

Set the oven at 400°F. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray or wipe it with olive oil. Put a skillet on at medium low and add the butter. Chop up the garlic cloves and put them in with the butter. When the garlic just starts to get the tiniest bit of golden and you can just begin to smell that great aroma of garlic cooking remove the pan from the heat and stir in the brown sugar.
Put the chicken breast - or tenders - in the skillet and turn them over a few times getting them coated with mixture. Move the chicken to the cookie sheet and spoon the remaining garlic mixture on top.
Give it about 12 - 15 minutes in the oven , depending on the thickness of the chicken. If you are using thin filets check at 10 minutes. When the juices run clear when poked with a fork or better yet when the thickest part of the chicken reads 165°F on an instant read meat thermometer it is ready.
