Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 pads butter devided
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 large ham steak appx one half inch thick
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 2 pinches powdered cinnamon
  • 3 cups broccoli florets

Instructions
 

  • First, put a skillet on at medium high and add the olive oil, butter and the brown sugar.
    Mix it all together and, when the butter stops foaming lay the ham steak in the skillet.
    Turn it over a couple of times as it heats up to get the butter and sugar tastes all spread out on the ham steak.
  • While that is  going on cut up a large sweet potato into quarters and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Put it in the microwave . And, when it had been zapped for a couple of minutes add a bowl of  some frozen broccoli florets with a couple pads of butter to the microwave.. Then crank up the microwave again.
  • The ham steak is looking good.
    The sweet potato and the broccoli are done. So, after an investment of just fifteen minutes. Sit down and enjoyed your Brown Sugared Ham Steak dinner.
