Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup flour Gluten free if you want
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. grated parmasan
  • 1/2 small zucchini grated
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. fresh rosemary chopped or 1/2 tsp. dried
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients except the oil in a bowl and mix it all together. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. Put a large skillet on at medium high and lightly oil. Let it heat up then place a few spoonfuls at a time into the pan. When they are light brown on the bottom flip them over and brown the other side. Stir the dough before putting it in the pan. You can make them any shape or size that you want. Serve them hot or room temp.
