Equipment

  • Stovetop grill

Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 2 small potatoes or 1 large
  • 1 small pork tenderloin
  • 2 small zucchini or 1 large
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Pork tenderloin works real good on the grill and we like those little pork tenderloin steaks. We went with potato slices and thick zucchini slices as the starch and veggie.
Put the grill - or skillets - on the stove and spray or drizzle the surface with olive oil. And, set the burners at medium high.
  • Cut the potatoes into about quarter inch thick slices and the zucchini and pork tenderloin into about 3/4 inch thick slices. Put the meat,  potatoes and the zucchini slices in a bowl and pour in a little bit of olive oil. Then  sprinkle in some garlic powder, salt, pepper and grated parmesan cheese .  Toss it all together.
  • Put the potatoes and the pork on the grill and when they are done on one side  turn them over and add the zucchini. The zucchini will cook fast so just a minute of less  on each side.
When everything is done the way that you like it. Sit down and enjoy your stovetop grilled dinner!
