Instructions
Put a large skillet on at medium high. Swirl in enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Add the broccoli and the chopped garlic then squeeze some lemon juice in and toss in the rind. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes tossing a few times during the process. When the broccoli just begins to wilt a little put in the shrimp and the gnocchi. Toss a few times as it all cooks together.
When the shrimp start to turn pink add the white wine and cook until the wine has reduced and thickened a little - about 4-5 minutes - stirring a few times.
