Ricotta Cheese Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • salt
  • 1/4 pound pasta
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • chopped fresh basil for garnish
  • grated parmesan cheesse grated parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Put the pot of water on and add the pasta and the salt. Stir the pasta a couple of times as it cooks.
  • When the pasta is just shy of getting done the way that you like it done Drain out the water and add the butter. When the butter has melted stir it up getting all of the pasta coated with the butter. 
  • Then add the ricotta cheese and stir that into the mix. When all of the pasta is evenly coated with the butter and ricotta cheese combo serve up your Ricotta Cheese Pasta. Garnish with some grated parmesan and some chopped fresh (or dried) basil or parsley.
