Put a skillet on at medium high and eyeball just enough olive oil to cover the bottom. Add half of the butter. Salt and pepper the chicken filets and lay them in the skillet. About 3-4 minutes a side depending on their thickness.
While the chicken is cooking cut up the vegetables. Slice the lemons and the tomatoes. Chop up the garlic. Cut the broccoli florets in half top to bottom thru the stem. Add the veggies to the skillet and get the chicken laying on all of the veggies. Generously sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
Add the rest of the butter and a splash of white wine. Optional on the wine. Let it all cook together stirring it all couple of times as the veggies cook. Then serve up and enjoy your quick easy chicken dinner.
