First put a pot on at medium high that is big enough to handle the ground beef and the sauce. Eyeball a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Put in the beef and break it up with a spoon or flipper.Break it up and stir it as it gets cooked.
When it is all browned add the wine and the milk.Mix it all together and add the sauce. And, stir it all together.
Stir it a few times as it all cooks together. Adjust the heat for a fast simmer. The wine and the milk will reduce. After about ten minutes your Bolognese Sauce is ready to serve.
