Quick Easy Bolognese

a thirty minute version of the tradional 2 - 4 hour recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup wine white or red
  • 1 quart Marinara Sauce

Instructions
 

  • First put  a pot on at medium high that is big enough to handle the ground beef and the sauce. Eyeball a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Put in the beef and break it up with a spoon or flipper.
    Break it up and stir it as it gets cooked.
  • When it is all browned add the wine and the milk.
    Mix it all together and add the sauce.
    And, stir it all together.
  • Stir it a few times as it all cooks together. Adjust the heat for a fast simmer. The wine and the milk will reduce. After about ten minutes your Bolognese Sauce is ready to serve.
