Put a large skillet on at medium high and add some olive oil. Cut up the chicken tenders and the veggies then add it all, except the spinach, to the skillet.
Salted and pepper it. Stir or tossit all together. When the chicken is done (about 8 - 10 minutes) Add the spinach and stir it in with the rest of the One Pot Weeknight Dinner. The spinach wilts right away then servre up your One Pot Weeknight Dinner.
