Get the oven going at 325F. Line a cookie sheet that will handle the number of salmon filets you are going to cook with aluminum foil. spray it with oil. Rinse off the salmon filets and pat them dry. Set them in the pan with the flesh side up. Lightly sprinkle with salt, black pepper, dried dill weed, garlic powder, the lemon zest and a little grated parmesan cheese. Gently squeeze the lemon, that you got the zest from, on top of everything. Bake for about 8-12 minutes. Test with a fork and when they are done the way YOU like them,
Serve them up! With a good white wine that you like. Pinot Grigio or Chablis works good.
