Instructions
First let's put the salmon filets in a bowl and drizzle a little olive oil and white wine in. Optional on the wine of course. Chop up the garlic. Add the lemon slices, garlic, black pepper, dill weed, or whatever other spices that you prefer. Let it all rest together while you get the skillet ready.
Put a skillet on at medium high and drizzle in just enough olive oil to cover the bottom and a little butter.Put in the salmon filets with the skin side up. And, also the lemon slices and everything else from the bowl. Cook about 2 - 3 minutes after the liquids start to simmer. The time depends on the thickness of your fillets and how done that you like your salmon cooked.Then turn them over and then just about a minute on the skin side.
After you get the salmon skillet all up and running put another skillet on for the gnocchi and broccoli. Drizzle just enough olive oil to cover the bottom and add the broccoli, gnocchi, the chopped garlic,salt and pepper.Toss the broccoli and gnocchi a few times as they cook. Turn the salmon fillets over and let the skin side cook just about a minute.When the gnocchi and broccoli are cooked as much as you like them. And, the salmon is done to your standards serve it up!
