fresh chopped parsley - or driedfor garnish
Instructions
Put a large skillet on the stove at medium heat. Add 1/2 of the butter and all of the garlic. Cook until the garlic just starts to become fragrant. About a minute to a minute and a half.
Add the shrimp and the rest of the butter. Cook them about 2 minutes a side so that they are pink but not cooked all the way through.
Add the lemon juice and the water. Stir it all together and cook until the shrimp are cooked all the way through. When they are firm and the backs where the vein was is white not grey, they are ready.
Garnish with some grated parmesan cheese, chopped fresh or dried parsley and serve with some pasta or rice.
