Ingredients
1/2stickbutter
1large lemon
12-18shrimpdepending on the size
1 large pinchdried or chopped fresh basil
Instructions
If necessary, thaw out, peel and devein the shrimp. Put a skillet, that is big enough to handle the shrimp, on at medium. Put in the butter. Squeeze in the juice from half of the lemon and toss in the rind.Add the shrimp to the skillet and spread them out. Cook them for about a minute and half to two minutes a side. When they are pink on the outside and white in the middle serve them up with a wedge of lemon. Spoon some of the liquid from the skillet onto them and enjoy!!
