Ingredients
10-12large shrimp
1lemonlargehalf for cooking - half for serving
2large cloves garlicchopped
olive oil
3 tbspbutter
Instructions
If your shrimp need to be thawed out and or peeled and deveined put them into a bowl of water while you put the skillet on at medium high with a tablespoon of olive oil and 3 tbsp. butter.
Peel and devein the shrimp - if you need to - and put them in a bowl with the lemon juice. If you opt for the garlic chop it up and add it to the bowl. Mix it all together.
Stir the shrimp lemon and the garlic together. Then dump it all into the skillet and spread the shrimp out.When one side has turned pink and darkened up turn the shrimp over and cook up the other side.
When the shrimp are pink on the outside and opaque in the middle they are ready. Serve 'em! With a wedge of lemon.
