fresh mozzarella cheese

extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar

Instructions
Slice the mozzarella and the tomatoes into about 1/8" slices. Arrange the mozzarella slices, the tomato slices and the basil leaves as shown in the pic. Then drizzle with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Lightly sprinkle with some salt.
