1cupnatural peanut butteringredients on the label should be only peanuts
3tablespoonshoney
1egg
1cupwater
Instructions
Set your oven at 350°F/175°C. Put all of the ingredients except the water in a bowl and mix them all together. You could use a countertop mixer with a dough paddle, a food processor or just a large cooks spoon. Add the water a little bit at a time until you have a ball of dough.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly flour it. Put the ball of dough in the pan and pat it down flat. Then with a rolling pin roll it out to about 3/8" thick.
With a pizza wheel or just a butter knife or even cookie cutters cut up the dough into the size that you want. Put them in the oven and bake 'em for about a half hour or until they are as golden brown and as crunchy as your puppy might like them.
Let them sit and cool off then break them up and give the first one to your super special pup!
Keep them in the fridge in a sealed container or bag.
If your dog is allergic to wheat flour, rice flour will work just fine. Just add an additional 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to the recipe.
Notes
You can substitute canned pumpkin for the peanut butter.
