Put the grill on a burner at medium high. Lightly spray with a little olive oil. Let it heat up as you are salting and peppering the steaks. Then add the steaks to the grill.We're grilling carrots right along with the steaks on the grill.
Scoot the carrots around a few times as they cook to get them done on all sides. Check your steaks when they look like they are getting close to the way that you like them done. Poke with a finger and if they are still soft, they are rare. Starting to firm up they are medium. Firm and they are well done. Or use a meat thermometer and you will be much more sure of the results.
When the steaks are done the carrots will also be done. But if you are cooking your steak well done you could push the carrots out to the edges of the grill if they are done before the steaks.We did some French fries in our new air fryer. Enjoy your Grilled Steak Dinner. You deserve it!
