Put a skillet on the stove at medium high and swirling just enough olive oil coat the bottom

Lay the pork chops in the skillet and cook them 2 to 4 minutes a side depending on the thickness. When they are firm to a poke or read 155° on a meat thermometer. they are done. That's it!
