Put the skillet on the stove at medium heat. Drizzle just enough olive oil to barely cover the bottom. Add the butter and the wine. Stir it all together. Add the tune steaks and the lemon slices.
Then sprinkle the parsley.Cook them for 1 to 3 minutes each side depending on how well done you like your tuna steaks. Some like them cooked only on the outside and still raw in the middle. We like ours more like medium well done. About 2 minutes each side.Then serve up your Easy Sauteed Tuna Steaks.
