Put a skillet on at medium high and add just enough olive oil to barely cover the bottom and also add the butter.
Put all of the ingredients in a bowl. If your calamari rings are frozen you don't have to thaw them out. Just charge on.Gently toss it all together then add it to the skillet.
Toss or flip it a few times as it cooks. When the calamari rings have started to turn brown on the edges ( about 5-7 minutes) it is ready to serve.
