Set your oven at 350 degrees F. Lightly spray or rub some olive oil onto a baking sheet large enough to handle the chicken thighs (or breasts) with a little room between them.
Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk them together with a whisk or table fork.
Lay the chicken thighs in the baking sheet. Squeeze a little lemon (or lime) juice and olive oil the chicken.
Bake for about 25 minutes. Check with a meat thermometer and when the internal temperature is 165 Degrees F they are ready to serve.
