Simple Lemon Shrimp, it’s easy

Simple Lemon Shrimp proves the old adage that often the simple recipes with very few ingredients are the best. It works real well with chicken also. Here is the link to our recipe for Chicken with Lemon and Parsley.

Peel and devein the shrimp. Put a pan on at medium heat and add 1 tbsp. of butter. While it is heating up chop up the parsley.

Add the Parsley, the lemon juice and the shrimp to the pan, and a little white wine if your feeling a little adventurous.

Spread everything out with the shrimp lying flat and bring to a simmer. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper. When the shrimp turns pink on the pan side turn them over and cook the other side until pink.

[b]Simple Lemon Shrimp is a very basic shrimp dish that is also very good.[/b]
Ingredients
  • 1 lb large shrimp
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley or 1/4 cup dried (fresh is best)
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
