Put a skillet on your stove with the burner at medium high. Eyeball a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
With a sharp knife remove the silver skin from the tenderloin. It’s easy, Just be sure to use a sharp knife. The sharper the knife the easier it is.
Sprinkle the tenderloin with salt and pepper then cut it in half. Put both halves in the skillet and turn them a few times as they cook, getting them seared all over.
