Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into about one inch cubes. Cut up the brussels sprouts, potato and onion. Put a large skillet on at medium high and pour in enough olive oil to coat the bottom. Put everything in the skillet, sprinkle with salt, pepper, powdered garlic and dried basil.  Toss it all together and toss a few times as it all cooks. 
  2. When it almost done – about 8 minutes – add a little chicken stock and some grated parmesan cheese. Mix it up and cook it a couple of minutes more. Then put it onto some plates and scoot it onto the table.
