Set the oven at 350°F/176°. Strain the syrup off the peaches. We like them with a little bit of the syrup left with the peaches some folks like them totally drained and some not strained at all. You do it the way that YOU and your gang like it.
Put 1/2 of the peaches in a high sided baking dish. Mix in 1/2 of the brown sugar and some pieces of the pie crust or biscuits.
Make another layer of all that good stuff.
Use the pie crust or biscuit dough in proportion to the peaches as you prefer. We like it almost even steven.
Bake it in the oven until the crust is as crispy as YOU want it. About a half hour works good for us.
