20 Min. Pork Tenderloin and Zucchini – Gluten Free – Paleo

20 Min. Pork Tenderloin and Zucchini….

……is a real quick and easy weeknight dinner. And, the combinations of the flavors from the pork tenderloin, zucchini and the onions turn out real good. Gammy liked it! A lot!

You could use thin sliced chicken or beef instead of the pork tenderloin if YOU want to, HEY, your the boss!

Let’s get started with this quick and easy recipe!

Put a large skillet on at medium high and eyeball a couple of tablespoons of olive oil in.

Slice up the pork tenderloin, zucchini and onions.

Put it all in the skillet and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and grated parmesan cheese. For the carb tonight I put a couple of sweet potatoes in the microwave to “bake” while the skillet did it’s work.

Toss  the skillet stuff often as it cooks up.

When the pork tenderloin has browned up and the veggies have wilted serve up your 20 Min. Pork tenderloin and zucchini!
