You will have this Simple Salmon Weeknight Dinner ready in 20 Minutes. Just put the butter in the skillet, rub the salmon filets with the “rub” and pan fry ’em. We had some leftover baked potatoes so we had them as hash browns with onions  and did some quick and easy sautéed spinach (my favorite veggie).
